We started our day with a walk in and around Caridale, just over 5km in total which includes a stop at the park for the boys to have a run around and a short jog/run when we saw the rain coming, making it to shelter just in time.
We fed the ducks and the boys had a great time.
We headed out for a nice lunch at a local buffet restaurant. I was pretty good apart from a small cone ice cream which was so yummy. Ice cream can’t be bought into our house because I will eat it until its gone so its nice to have a small one every now and then.
I headed out to do the groceries with a full belly and after walking around both Aldi and Coles I felt pretty good.
Nice light dinner of smoked salmon and tofu.
I have prepped some snack bars for the week and have a good plan for food.
