Week 43 – Weigh in Day

Ok so I have bee AWOL but that doesn’t mean I have fallen from the wagon.
Work has been crazy busy this week and as well as being super busy when at work with meetings and running about all over Brisbane I have also had to do some catch up work at home so haven’t had a lot of time to blog.  Unfortunately not much is going to change in the coming weeks so I will post weekly and anything else if I can.

I had a good week and although I indulged in a few bits and pieces I worked really hard and kept pretty busy which resulted in a 400gram loss.  I am now currently the lightest I have been in my adult life (well i have been for weeks if not months).  I am loosing slowly and after talking to a friend on the weekend who gave me some good advice I have decided to change things up a little once again. 
I am going to do a couple of different classes and make more of an effort to do some tummy work at home with some exercises that I found on the web.  I will be using my weights to work on

Last Week:
Wednesday 7th August: Body Step 1 hr – approx cal burn 550-600 Done (625 cals)
Thursday 8th August: 4-5km walk during the day – approx cal burn 250-300 Done (345 cals)
Friday 9th August: Super Circuit 1 hr – approx cal burn 600-650 Done (618 cals) + Walking (225 cals)
Saturday 10th August: Rest Day, incidental exercise
Sunday 11th August: 4-5km walk during the day – approx cal burn 250-300 Done (284 cals) + Extra walk (139 cals) + Cleaning (141 cals)
Monday 12th August: Body Step 1 hr – approx cal burn 550-600 Gym closed for holiday – Walk with Pram (210 cals)
Tuesday 13th August: Spin Class 45 mins – approx cal burn 400-450 Not done.

Thursday 8th August: No planned exercise.

Sunday 11th August: 4-5km walk during the day – approx cal burn 250-300
Monday 12th August: Body Step 1 hr – approx cal burn 550-600
